I’m an experienced Agile leader with 7+ years driving Agile transformations, high-performing teams, and end-to-end project delivery across IT and non-IT domains. I specialize in leading distributed, cross-functional teams in hybrid and fully remote setups to ensure timely, high-quality product releases.
As a DeliveryLeader / PeopleLead (Hybrid) at EnergizeGlobalServices / Worldline France (2023–Present), I combine Scrum Master, project/delivery management, and people leadership to drive delivery excellence and overall team performance. I lead Agile delivery for multiple cross-functional teams (10+ developers, QA engineers, and BAs), own release management processes, and act as the communication bridge between technical teams and global stakeholders to maintain alignment, transparency, and delivery momentum.
