I’m a Project Manager with 6+ years of experience delivering and supporting global technology and payroll system implementations across LATAM and US. I bring structure, accountability, and results to every engagement, especially where PMO governance, stakeholder alignment, and on-time delivery matter.

In my current role, I manage multiple concurrent payroll system implementation projects (SAP and UKG), ensuring adherence to internal delivery methodology and quality standards across global engagements. I own financial control and prepare P&L reports reviewed by global senior management, tracking budget compliance across multi-country projects while keeping project teams aligned through updated methodology documentation and remote training sessions.

Previously, I served as a SPOC for SAP On-Premises GP8 Payroll Module, coordinating PY, TM, and Level 3 integration ticket management across internal teams and client stakeholders. I owned KPI reporting and task distribution for the SAP payroll module, facilitated structured communication between technical teams and clients, and accelerated issue resolution to maintain project momentum.

I also led end-to-end payroll system implementations for Chile and Mexico, coordinating cross-functional delivery teams through initiation to close while reporting directly to a Global Program Manager. Earlier in my career, I supported PMO environments and improved service quality through structured feedback and lessons learned—experiences that sharpen my communication, risk awareness, and delivery discipline.
