At the Ministry of Education (MINERD), I manage a national digital transformation portfolio and use Power BI to track performance, dependencies, and resource capacity across product initiatives.
I develop product and portfolio dashboards for executive visibility and work with IT, Finance, and Academic divisions to align roadmaps, budgets, and organizational objectives. I also support EdTech product development, digital classrooms, and process automation.
At UAPA, I was a Project Manager Intern on the end-to-end delivery of an HR automation system for a hospital. I coordinated requirements and project plans, prepared system documentation and UML diagrams, and monitored milestones, risks, and testing.
