I’m seeking the Director of Project Management position at Trimark Associates, where I can use my portfolio management and contract management skills to support the integration of large-scale renewable power plants into the grid and drive organizational efficiency and growth.

At SCA Health, I provide IT PMO governance for a $17M annual portfolio of 60+ projects, aligning investments, budgets, and priorities with business objectives. I also directed data center consolidation, MFA, and security programs that generated $8M annually.

At CloudFirst Technology, I led a $10M annual cloud services portfolio and ran a team of 20 global Engineers and Project Managers. I developed companywide SOPs and work processes and helped secure 3 Microsoft Gold and 5 Silver Competencies.

At Divurgent, I increased the project portfolio from $2M to $6M annually and supervised teams delivering SharePoint and Teams migrations, cloud upgrades, and solution adoption.
