What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead enrollment and recruitment strategy—using CRM data to improve pipeline health, candidate journeys, and operational workflows—while coaching teams and strengthening inclusive, high-quality experiences across stakeholders.

I’m an Assistant Director focused on building graduate recruitment pipelines through strategic outreach, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. At Carnegie Mellon University, I’ve managed pipelines for 12 graduate programs, represented the institution at professional conferences and graduate fairs, and redesigned campus visit and Open House experiences to improve candidate engagement, conversion, and retention.

I also lead operational improvements across the recruitment lifecycle, including transitioning virtual and on-campus visit registration processes to Slate CRM. I’ve coached and supported student teams of 30+ and previously managed multi-state recruitment territory using Salesforce CRM, evaluating and processing 500+ applications monthly while supporting people-centered, inclusive, and high-quality stakeholder experiences.
