What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead strategic initiatives and operations while advancing responsible AI innovation. I want to build partnerships, manage complex programs and budgets, and deliver measurable improvements in student success and research accessibility.

I’m a strategic and innovative leader with 15+ years of experience driving organizational growth, building partnerships, managing complex initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams across higher education, research administration, global programs, and student success. I’m known for turning ideas into actionable strategies, strengthening operational effectiveness, and applying emerging technologies to solve complex challenges.

As an Associate Director at Stanford University, I lead strategic initiatives, operational planning, and cross-functional projects for a major interdisciplinary center. I manage budgets, fellowships, internships, public programs, communications, and stakeholder engagement, while supervising staff and advancing operational excellence. I also serve as an advisor to the History Genie African Archive Initiative, advising on ethical, AI-powered approaches that expand archival accessibility and improve discovery and engagement with large-scale historical collections.

Earlier, I directed undergraduate programs and student success strategies at Duquesne University as an Associate Professor and Director of Undergraduate Studies, integrating Canvas and Blackboard into online and hybrid learning environments. Before that, I managed international partnership initiatives as a Program Manager at Princeton University and supported enrollment operations, advising, and retention efforts as an Undergraduate Administrator at Rutgers University.
