SAAt Spoiler Alert, I was the second design hire in a fast-moving startup, where I led the redesign of decision algorithms to incorporate logistics, saving users up to 4 hours per week and cutting freight costs by 11%. I spearheaded product-led growth experiments that boosted transaction value by $150,000 in six weeks and designed the Truck Lane View project, increasing feature adoption by 17.3%.
ROAt RouteOne, I led the redesign of a 400+ page marketing and customer support website, enhancing user experience.
