At Method Analytics, I own 3–4 products end-to-end on a 10–12-person global team, from research through launch. I designed an order-management experience that replaced manual spreadsheet tracking and introduced the company’s first design system, which remains in use today.

I’ve redesigned complex digital experiences across healthcare, local discovery, education, and nonprofit services. My work has raised usability scores from 65 to 93 and 53 to 81, increased deep-page scrolls by 338%, and improved task completion time by 35%.

I bring research, information architecture, interaction design, and close developer collaboration to products that need clearer workflows. Previously, I designed teacher-facing tools used across 1,500+ schools and led a five-person team designing physician-facing analytics dashboards.
