At Bond Consultants, I manage the full recruitment cycle for bilingual English/Japanese recruiting, from candidate sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.

I cold call and proactively source candidates across multiple industries, and communicate with client companies to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.

I create and manage job postings across hiring platforms, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate and client communication throughout the hiring process. I also use Excel for candidate and client records.

Previously, I designed large-format print graphics and logos at Print Studios, including car wraps, window decals, banners, and signage. I also handled client emails, project scheduling, and shipment coordination.
