I build AI-powered automation systems with n8n, AI Agents, LLMs, RAG, REST APIs, and webhooks to reduce manual work across end-to-end business workflows. My clinic automation project handles customer support, doctor inquiries, appointment booking, rescheduling, cancellations, human handoff, double-booking prevention, and daily summaries through WhatsApp Business API.
I've also built a Telegram-based restaurant support and order-management workflow with RAG, tool calling, validation, kitchen updates, and customer notifications. At Fresh Farm Group, I managed industrial communication networks, integrated PLCs and temperature controllers, and resolved connectivity issues to maintain reliable production-system data exchange.
