I’m an AI Automation Engineer who builds practical, secure automation systems that feel invisible to the user—whether it’s a WhatsApp booking flow or an internal assistant that actually understands your organization’s documents.

In freelance work, I architected a multi-department internal knowledge assistant with role-based access control and JWT authentication via FastAPI, enabling permission-based retrieval across real business domains like Finance, HR, Marketing, and Operations.

I also design AI-powered agents for service businesses: automating end-to-end booking flows, engineering lead-capture pipelines with LLM-driven intent classification, and routing/nurturing leads through automated messaging with full interaction history.

My approach combines event-driven workflow orchestration with strong AI engineering—agentic systems, multi-source RAG pipelines using Cohere embeddings and Pinecone vector search, plus robust backend APIs in Python/FastAPI and integration work across JavaScript, webhooks, and messaging platforms.
