I’m an IT Support professional and engineering student focused on resolving real customer issues quickly and clearly. I’ve delivered remote technical support and guided users step-by-step through troubleshooting.

In my DIRECTV role, I handled service interruptions, signal, and equipment issues. I helped restore service by diagnosing problems and walking customers through solutions in an understandable way.

At Bitcomp Networks, I supported hardware and software, diagnosing and resolving system, network, and connectivity problems. I also installed and configured operating systems and applications.

Alongside work, I build projects that strengthen my fundamentals: Operating Systems analysis, a lexer using CMake and JFLAP, and a React mini task app with component-based architecture. I’m motivated by technical problem-solving and continuous learning across systems and software.
