My career began as a repairman at a local electronics shop, where I honed my technical skills by repairing phones and computers while effectively communicating the repair processes to customers. This role laid the foundation for my strong problem-solving abilities and customer interaction skills.

Transitioning to the hospitality industry, I worked as a receptionist at Our Way Hostel, where I enjoyed engaging with tourists from around the globe.
