What I'm looking for
I’m an IT support and hardware-integration professional with 18+ years of hands-on experience across L1/L2/L3 service desk, incident & request management, and change management. I’ve worked in enterprise law (Loyens & Loeff), oil & gas (Shell), and Dutch telecom (KPN), and I currently build and rollout hardware solutions at H@ND EBS.
At H@ND EBS, I take new builds from component selection through CE certification and customer rollout. I’ve owned the full CE marking process for the NIX18 kiosk product, worked on the Vodafone Oman deployment (100+ kiosks) with RFC and cost estimation, and provide L2/L3 support across customer sites—fully remotely since 2023.
I’m comfortable blending technical delivery with customer-facing communication and the project-financial side of IT. From Windows deployment and imaging to physical networking and patching, I focus on dependable execution, clear documentation, and change-management delivery that lands with customer sign-off.
