What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can improve customer experience and communications using data insights, while growing into SAP consulting—supporting business processes, enterprise systems, and digital transformation with strong teamwork.

I’m a results-driven communication and customer experience professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Technology (Public Relations). I’ve managed customer inquiries through calls and in-person support, analyzed customer complaints and feedback, and helped improve service delivery through clear reporting and documentation.

I also bring hands-on experience drafting and distributing press releases, supporting stakeholder engagement, and coordinating events and media briefings. Currently as a Marketing Officer, I support customer-facing campaigns, analyze market trends, and assist with digital content and engagement strategies—while building a focused career in SAP consulting around business processes and digital transformation.
