Network engineering intern focused on IMS cloud-native Kubernetes and VoLTE monitoring building operational tooling and evidence-based troubleshooting
What I'm looking for
I’m a network engineering intern specializing in IMS cloud-native infrastructure on Kubernetes, currently supporting AT&T México’s Voice Engineering team. I focus on keeping IMS/VoLTE service healthy through KPI monitoring, alarms, and fast, well-documented troubleshooting.
In my current role, I continuously monitor IMS/VoLTE network KPIs using Nokia PNM and production metric dashboards. I also built a mobile-first PWA KPI Dashboard to help stakeholders review voice network performance directly from mobile devices.
When issues appear, I rely on evidence—not assumptions—by analyzing .pcap traces with careful technical reasoning. For example, I delivered documented technical evidence showing roaming restriction errors were not attributable to the AT&T team, and I implemented a proxy gateway workaround for blacklist/whitelist misconfiguration.
Alongside my internship, I lead TagLife MX as Founder and General Director, where I manage branding, strategy, client relations, and conference presentations. I apply the same operational mindset to entrepreneurship—autonomously running workflows, maintaining a 130+ client portfolio with strong retention, and delivering NFC technology solutions.
