I design carrier-grade service provider networks and lead operations teams for high-availability technology services.
What I'm looking for
I design and implement carrier-grade service provider networks at Ikusi - Micronet de México, working with Cisco NCS 6000, CRS, ASR9000, and Nexus platforms.
My work includes integrating two major service provider networks into a single ASN, building an MPLS network for a government institution, and implementing Carrier Grade NAT for Mexico's largest cable company.
As Deputy Director of Operations, I led CSOC/SOC, NOC Collaboration, Service Desk, ITOC-NOC DC, and monitoring and management teams totaling 90 collaborators. I was accountable for operating customer technology services across ecommerce, banking, health, financial, retail, government, and telecommunications sectors.
