At The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers, I built a one-click onboarding pipeline with Copilot Studio, Teams, and PowerShell. It reads new-hire PDFs and produces provisioning-ready PowerShell, tightening the recruiting-to-IT handoff.
I also created a monthly account audit that flagged 200+ reclaimable accounts and sorted users into four tiers for license decisions. For ImageRight, I automated a repair that clears component and file locks before reinstalling cleanly.
On my AWS RuneScape project, I containerized a legacy Java server and deployed it to ECS Fargate. I created reusable Terraform modules for independent game worlds and set up encrypted EFS storage to preserve player data across container replacements.
I’ve also built a cloud portfolio provisioned with Terraform and deployed through GitHub Actions using OIDC. My certifications include AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate and CompTIA A+.
