I’m a Team Coach & Quality Analyst with progressive experience across customer service, quality assurance, and team coaching in call center and medical billing environments. I bring a proactive, detail-oriented approach to supporting day-to-day performance while keeping quality and compliance at the center of how the work gets done.

In my quality roles, I designed company quality standards and used them to evaluate agent processes, focusing on consistent work quality and HIPAA compliance. I also served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting the full operation, handling escalated supervisor calls, and escalating sensitive cases directly with the client.

As a Team Coach, I provide real-time support to my team, manage escalations, and help maintain operational organization in direct coordination with the client. I’ve also delivered customer service according to BPO standards in a Turo (car rental) account, resolving inquiries efficiently while staying aligned with process expectations.
