At Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers, I led the launch of a new service location that generated $245K+ in sales in its first three months, approximately 60% above budget. I grew monthly car count from 130 to 301.
I build relationships with individual customers and commercial and fleet accounts through proactive follow-up and clear service communication. I also train and coach technicians and service advisors on shop-management software and repair workflows.
At KC Auto Clinics, I led an 8–10-person team handling 200+ repair orders per month. Through coaching, KPI visibility, and workflow improvements, I increased average repair order value by 58% and close ratio from 33% to 40%.
As co-owner and general manager at Kansas City Sprinters, I coordinated technician workflows, repair scheduling, and parts and vendor relationships. At The Jump, I helped onboard business clients to the platform, created training videos, and worked with developers on usability issues and feature improvements.
