I am a highly passionate and results-driven professional with a proven ability to teach, coach, and lead diverse teams. My extensive full-time missionary service and formal training facilitation at a Missionary Training Center (MTC) have honed my skills in communication, strategic planning, and people development. I am eager to leverage these skills to design and implement impactful learning initiatives as a Learning and Development Lead.

In my role as an instructor at the Missionary Training Center, I was instrumental in coaching aspiring full-time missionaries. I taught life improvement skills and critical soft skills such as time management, empathetic listening, and effective communication strategies. Through structured lessons and personalized guidance, I equipped numerous trainees with the confidence and practical tools necessary for immediate and impactful application in the field.

My experience includes directing and facilitating life improvement programs, conducting needs assessments, and establishing clear developmental goals. I actively motivated participants, fostering accountability and celebrating milestones, which resulted in measurable positive changes in their lives and interpersonal relationships. This role significantly enhanced my ability to drive individual growth and implement outcome-driven interventions.
