What I'm looking for

I'm seeking work in a competitive, well-developed information science and IT environment where I can apply data entry, technical support, systems integration, Active Directory, and PowerApps experience.

At Carroll Engineering Corporation, I digitized engineering-document backlogs, created local and online catalogs, and supported engineering project data entry.

I built and delivered employee computers, monitored the on-premises Active Directory system, maintained company technology, and resolved a wide range of office IT issues. I also conducted a census of the company’s technology tools and supported employees through a companywide AI transformation.

I developed Microsoft PowerApps to streamline business processes and bring practical improvements to daily operations.

With a Bachelor of Science in Information Sciences and Technology from Pennsylvania State University, I bring three years of IT assistance, data entry, systems integration, and technical support experience.
