I'm currently strengthening recovery capabilities at Centene Corporation by conducting disaster recovery and third-party resilience reviews, validating RTO/RPO alignment, and addressing recovery gaps with stakeholders.
Across Accenture Federal Services, Booz Allen Hamilton, Save A Lot, and O'Reilly Automotive, I've led business impact and risk assessments, recovery strategy development, continuity planning, and large-scale recovery exercises. I also supported disaster recovery during a critical payroll system outage and served as Incident Manager during a major cybersecurity event.
At O'Reilly Automotive, I led continuity and recovery planning for more than 5,000 retail locations and 80+ distribution centers, implementing a standardized Business Impact Analysis program and coordinating enterprise recovery testing.
I also teach Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, crisis management, and resilience practices at Texas A&M University, using real-world scenarios for BIA workshops, recovery planning, and tabletop exercises.
