At One Schoolhouse, I own academic program operations from enrollment through completion or withdrawal, including exceptions and student records. I administer Salesforce, Veracross, and Canvas, validate data with SQL, and refine workflows to keep outcomes accurate and on time.
At Howard University, I teach undergraduate courses and advise research students on thesis projects, using learning outcomes and performance data to revise assessments. I also bring experience with academic integrity, compliance, and faculty development, supported by my EdD in Curriculum & Instruction.
