I am currently working as a Fractional CFO with multiple companies, but want to return to full time with one business

At Mainbrace CFO & Debt Advisory, I provide fractional CFO and debt advisory services to middle-market businesses. I’ve procured term loans and corporate card financing for refinancing and growth capital, built a four-year forecast and valuation model for a newly created SaaS business, and sourced investor capital for medical device and technology businesses.

As Vice President of Finance at MDpanel, I ran financial operations and treasury, including a 17-person team, and oversaw post-merger integration plans for bolt-on acquisitions. At California Medical, acquired by MDpanel, I presented monthly financial results and revenue outlooks to the Board, built the 2023 budget, and supported year-over-year revenue growth of 19.8% and EBITDA growth of 22.5%.

Earlier, at Imaging Endpoints, I completed the company’s first annual budget and 10 departmental budgets and opened bank accounts in the Netherlands and Switzerland for global expansion. My career also includes commercial banking, relationship management, and trust roles; I hold the CFA charter and a finance degree from Miami University of Ohio.
