I’m looking to lead FP&A and strategic finance in PE-backed, high-growth, multi-business environments—centralizing planning, modernizing AI-enabled finance operations, and partnering with CEOs/CFOs/boards to drive margin improvement and scalable growth.

I’m a senior FP&A and strategic finance leader with 15+ years designing financial frameworks, driving enterprise transformation, and building clear financial narratives for boards and executive teams. I’m at my best in PE-backed, high-growth, multi-business-unit environments where strategic thinking and hands-on execution directly translate into scalable performance.

At Medical Microinstruments, I centralized and built FP&A from the ground up—creating annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, long-range strategic planning, and driver-based forecasting models. I built a high-performing team (4–5 direct reports), improved close/reporting speed by 3 days, and enabled executive-level clarity through integrated planning and standardized KPI reporting.

I also lead finance strategy across fundraising, credit, and M&A. I’ve supported $160M+ in capital raises, $125M credit facility financing, and five acquisitions generating $120M+ in incremental revenue, while deploying AI-powered workflows (Claude, GPT) across variance analysis, commentary generation, predictive forecasting, and automated executive reporting.
