I've spent more than 15 years at Travelers Insurance investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving personal and commercial auto claims. As a Claim Professional II, I manage bodily injury claims, interpret policy coverage, research claim history, and serve as the primary claims contact for commercial accounts.

I also volunteer as an arbitrator for inter-carrier disputes, issue written verdicts, mentor new claim representatives, and serve as a Florida liaison for Travelers Canada. I'm focused on bringing my carrier-side claims experience to a client-facing Claims Advocate role, helping policyholders navigate claims and secure the outcomes they're entitled to.
