Most recently, as COO/Integrator and Co-Owner at Integrated Dental Ops / West 10th Dental Group, I helped scale a multi-specialty dental organization from 9 to 19 dentists, increase revenue by approximately 125%, and grow enterprise value by more than 700%.

I built centralized business services, led P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, business development, and operational execution. I also led negotiations, due diligence, and transition activities for the organization’s successful sale in 2025.
