As the Director of Data Science at West Monroe, I led a team of approximately 30 members, overseeing business development and solution delivery. I successfully designed and implemented a near real-time claims adjudication model for an auto insurance company, resulting in a $6M EBITDA improvement. Additionally, I created a cross-sell targeting model for a large enterprise software client, identifying $1.1B in opportunities, with $157M captured in the first year. Prior to my role at West Monroe, I served as a Data Scientist at Two Six Capital, where I led analytics projects for private equity clients.
