At Eli Lilly and Company, I facilitated a RACI-based reorganization after the acquisition of Adverum. I also partnered across development departments on a formal testing workflow that increased capacity from 20 to 500 samples per month.
At Adverum Biotechnologies, I project-managed the initial cross-departmental implementation of Benchling and supported subsequent improvements. I also drove adoption of AI tools to automate analytical metrics and reporting.
Earlier at Adverum, I project-managed QC/QA testing-data delivery for IND submissions and led implementation of a cloud LIMS database. At PCT, A Cell Therapy Company, I provided GMP QA oversight and trained new QA staff.
