At Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, I partner with the Global Medical Affairs Leader on strategy and execution for Pasritamig, an FDA Fast Track-designated oncology asset that advanced directly from Phase 1 into Phase 3. I co-lead its Integrated Evidence Generation Plan and align global and regional priorities through W-MAST.
I own the product’s Global Medical Affairs budget, which grew from $250K to more than $1.5M as the asset advanced through clinical stages. I also manage vendor relationships and publication strategy under the Cross-Pharma Publication SOP.
As the designated AI Subject Matter Expert for the Oncology GMAF organization, I supported rollout of Microsoft Copilot and Claude by developing governance frameworks, training playbooks, and validated prompt libraries. This work helped onboard 135 previously inactive users and increased prompt-library use by 15%.
Earlier at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, I managed Medical Affairs communications programs and designed a compliant review process adopted organization-wide.
