Óscar García Martín

I am an aerospace industry manager with over a decade leading transnational, multidisciplinary teams across quality, customer services, digitalization, procurement, engineering, production, R&D and R&T. I combine an Industrial Engineering degree and an Aerospace MBA with a pragmatic, results-driven approach.

Throughout my career I have led large operational teams, delivered direct and indirect revenues, and driven continuous improvement and certification activities across complex programs such as major aircraft platforms. I have hands-on experience in quality conformance, manufacturing technologies, TRL/MRL management, spares engineering and supply solutions for major events.

I am passionate about challenging the status quo through innovation, AI and data analytics, and about preparing organizations for the future by improving processes, people and corporate culture. I seek leadership roles where I can scale disruptive strategies, develop talent and deliver measurable business impact.
