I’m an Industrial Engineer and Finance-specialized Master in Management with 3+ years across international project management, operations, and business development in regulated, high-complexity industries. I lead end-to-end aerogeophysical survey projects across Europe and Africa with ISO 9001/14001 compliance and zero external-audit non-conformities.

I direct operational planning, logistics, multidisciplinary team coordination, client relations, and cost control. I also drive multi-jurisdiction permitting, build safety procedures, and deliver KPI reporting that improves operational safety and efficiency.

Parallel to delivery, I open and build B2B markets and restructure supply chains for regulated environments, from developing market cases and closing contracts to negotiating critical power-supply upgrades for cold-chain continuity. I’m hands-on with Power BI (including Power Query) and continuous improvement methods, having implemented QA systems, forecasting, and reporting from inception through Lean principles.
