What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help cross-functional teams translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and customer-focused releases, particularly in healthcare, banking, or enterprise technology environments.

I've supported Conduent Insurance Company, Elmhurst Extended Care, and Fifth Third Bank as a Business Analyst, translating client and stakeholder needs into clear release requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.

At Fifth Third Bank, I helped create an app that enabled customers to withdraw money without going to a bank. I led requirements gathering, prototyping, gap analysis, BRD and FRD development, UAT, defect prioritization, and coordination between business users and development teams.

In healthcare and insurance environments, I've used Jira and Confluence to manage epics, document requirements, and support roadmap and release planning. I've also built Visio use cases, training manuals, quick-start guides, and stakeholder communications.

I'm experienced with waterfall and Agile Scrum delivery and enjoy helping teams turn business needs into high-quality products delivered on time.
