I am an experienced and resourceful IT and HR professional with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Maiwand University, Kabul. Currently, I serve as an HRMIS Manager at MMD, where I maintain knowledge of trends in data management and HR technology. My role involves overseeing the procurement of hardware and software, facilitating migrations to unified HRMIS, and documenting relevant HR processes.

Previously, I worked as an HR Associate at the English Department of MMD, where I supported the implementation of HR policies and managed various HR activities. My experience includes coordinating logistics for new hire orientations, writing reports on HR activities, and overseeing HR events.
