What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my technical, management, decision-making, and communication skills in a dynamic, well-reputed organization driven by excellence, professional development, dedication, loyalty, and work ethic.

I've supported DHSA as HR, Training & Development, and Safeguarding Focal Point, managing recruitment, onboarding, contracts, staff training, performance processes, and safeguarding compliance. I also teach financial accounting and business statistics online at Afghanistan Girls Online University, using Excel, QuickBooks, Power BI, LMS platforms, and applied case studies.

Across roles with the Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission and Afghanistan Relief Organization, I've led recruitment planning, data reporting, database management, financial reporting, cash controls, and office coordination. I'm pursuing an MBA at Kardan University and bring a Mathematics background from Kabul University.
