I'm currently supporting daily operations and customer experiences as a Supervisor at Memphis BBQ in Vaughan, Ontario.

I handle customer interactions, sales, order management, cashiering, and professional phone communication while helping fast-paced teams work effectively. Previously, I worked as a Fast Food Team Member at A&W Food Services of Canada Inc., building hands-on experience in customer service and team operations.

I've completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Global Business Management from Georgian College and hold a Bachelor of Commerce. I'm also building my Excel and SQL skills to pursue opportunities in operations, customer support, administration, and data analytics.

I'm open to remote, hybrid, or on-site internship and entry-level roles where I can gain hands-on experience and grow professionally.
