At County of San Bernardino, I coordinate behavioral and mental health services across preschools, licensed family care centers, and home-based programs. I conduct observations and screenings, develop individualized safety plans, and coordinate referrals with families, educators, and community providers.
I also maintain behavioral data and records to monitor progress and support program accountability. I’ve developed and provided presentations and training for staff and caregivers on trauma-informed care, behavior management, intervention strategies, and observation tools.
