At Amazon Logistics, I led late-shift and on-road operations at a delivery station handling approximately 25,000 packages daily. I managed a seven-person team, delivery-quality performance, and relationships with three delivery service partners operating a combined fleet of around 150 vans.

I built and rolled out AI-assisted Python tools for reporting, internal updates, and partner emails, reducing late-shift workflow time from roughly 60–90 minutes to under 20 minutes. The tools were adopted at DAP5 and shared with five Austrian stations, while I trained colleagues to use and adapt them.

Previously, I built sales-support processes and lead-generation automation at Aegis Elevator, coordinated traceable semiconductor test-unit flows at Infineon, and supported international hiring for CG Meditrans. I bring hands-on operations experience across logistics, process improvement, automation, and stakeholder coordination.
