At Patterns/ Confidential U.S.-Based Real Estate Client, I coordinate seller, buyer, and dual-agency residential transactions from documentation and MLS listing setup through closing and post-closing file completion. I prepare and route transaction documents, coordinate inspections and earnest money tracking, and support closing preparation with buyers, sellers, attorneys, lenders, and inspectors.
I also manage inbox and calendar requests, CRM updates, and lead follow-ups, and create social posts and basic marketing materials. Earlier, I handled Verizon customer interactions at Etech Contact Center Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and managed GeM portal queries, documentation, and follow-ups at Analytical Technologies Limited.
