What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support real estate teams with contract-to-close coordination, compliance, CRM and MLS administration, standardized workflows, and quality-focused transaction operations.

At Patterns, I managed contract-to-close operations for 15+ U.S. real estate agents and teams, helping close 150+ transactions across client accounts. I coordinated escrow, title, lenders, attorneys, disclosures, inspections, deadlines, MLS updates, and compliance files.

I build repeatable transaction workflows, organize digital records in Dropbox and Notion, manage CRM systems, and perform quality reviews before file submission. I’ve also onboarded real estate clients and trained team members on transaction coordination, CRM processes, and compliance requirements.
