What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can lead multi-site workplace operations, own P&L and vendor performance, improve service outcomes, and drive commercial retention in a complex portfolio.

At WeWork India, I run workplace operations across a three-building, 360,000 USF, 6,100-desk portfolio in Pune and Mumbai. I own building P&L, OPEX, vendor performance, landlord escalations, and operational readiness.

I closed annual OPEX at ₹21 Cr against a ₹26 Cr budget by re-baselining HVAC, housekeeping, and consumables across three sites. I also improved NPS from 56 to 80+ through a tiered SLA model and weekly vendor performance reviews.

As the West Territory renewals SME, I retained ₹9.6 Cr across 72 enterprise accounts and closed ₹30+ Cr in total commitment value across new business and renewals. I built a documented renewals practice that lifted the territory renewal rate from 79% to 86%.

Before WeWork, I spent six years at Axis Bank managing HNI and NRI relationships, growing liability balances and leading documentation controls. I bring banking discipline, commercial ownership, and hands-on operational leadership to complex multi-site environments.
