I’m an executive operations leader and Executive Assistant with a background in Psychology, focused on high-velocity decision readiness and executive leadership execution. I’m known for driving execution, process optimization, and cross-functional administrative alignment at the executive level.

As Head of India Operations, I serve as the strategic right hand to the Country Manager—owning complex, high-stakes calendar management, streamlining inter-departmental workflows, and spearheading continuous improvement across administrative and operational verticals. I also lead employee engagement and welfare initiatives and manage end-to-end event operations for the Indian leg of business.

Previously, as a Workplace Management (WPM) Executive, I led multi-site civil infrastructure delivery totaling 100,000+ sq. ft. within a 45-day timeline and supported a 1,000+ employee workforce. I drove workplace transformation and platform automation using SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, Orion, and Procure-to-Pay (PTP), while managing vendor operations, compliance, and a 10+ member physical security team.
