Brought in to fix a broken LoRA training pipeline and now leads a 6-person AI organization while owning the AI product roadmap, specs, and acceptance criteria. Created the Stampy AI agent and redesigned its onboarding to improve completion rates.

Founded an AI consultancy and creative community focused on generative image AI, combining community growth with generative AI strategy and implementation consulting. Designed and shipped a StyleGuideAI website plus companion iOS/Android apps in React Native.

Founded and leads a 10,000 sq/ft art gallery, event venue, and maker space, building large-format musician portrait works and associated audio-visual systems. Designed and engineered DML flat-panel speakers with DSP processing and hosts Oscilloscope Art/Music events.

Led web architecture and frontend development for an international direct sales health supplement company serving a global distributor network. Transitioned the company’s web stack across multiple technology generations and managed vendor relationships and external development teams.

Founded Satori Interactive in 1996 and pivoted into Flash interactive development, later joining and acquiring ActionScript.com and rebranding it as a leading Flash developer community. Shipped PC game titles and built interactive experiences for major media and consumer brands.

Contributed technical articles and analysis to InsideRIA.com covering the Rich Internet Applications ecosystem during the Flash/Flex/AIR era. Wrote deep-dives on ActionScript and Flex development and discussed industry shifts as HTML5 emerged.

Led the ActionScript architecture for FarmVille, designing client-side gameplay systems and real-time state synchronization at social scale. Built core systems including farm rendering, item interactions, and neighbor visiting mechanics.

Was the first Flash developer at RockYou and led creation of the RockYou Slideshow viral widget and the Super Wall product for Facebook. Helped define the widget/viral loop model for social media growth during the Web 2.0 era.

Led interactive development for Lifeplus, building Flash-based training systems, product presentations, and interactive distributor tools. Managed the interactive development lifecycle from concept through deployment, including Flash-based product demonstrations and e-commerce experiences.

Directed brand strategy and marketing campaigns for Traditional Medicinals, including oversight of the company’s early web presence. Managed cross-functional marketing initiatives across retail, wholesale, and direct channels.

Started as a product acquisitions manager and within five months led the technical organization, including product development, QA, and tech support. Helped repair marketing–engineering alignment and pivot the company from publishing third-party titles to creating original best-selling games.

Earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Technology at ITT Technical Institute from 1990 to 1992.

Earned an Associate of Applied Science in Electronic Engineering at ITT Technical Institute from 1988 to 1990.
