I’m a Director of Engineering and Technical Lead specializing in applied AI systems and scalable, production-grade architectures. I translate complex product strategy into resilient, AI-native platforms that balance innovation with operational reliability.

With 8+ years leading cross-functional engineering initiatives across enterprise, e-commerce, fintech, and SaaS, I build multi-tenant, secure systems and align technical execution with measurable business outcomes. I’m especially focused on scaling cloud infrastructure and enforcing engineering governance that improves delivery quality.

In my current work, I lead engineering strategy for AI-native applied systems—bridging experimental innovation into production reliability. I architect end-to-end infrastructure across frontend applications, backend services, and data pipelines, while implementing CI/CD automation and rigorous quality review standards.

I’ve also designed AWS cloud-native architectures, modernized legacy platforms with React/Next.js, and built UI systems using Storybook to reduce feature delivery time and defects. Along the way, I’ve driven architecture audits and performance optimization, and I continue applying research—local AI stacks, synthetic data generation, and on-device pipelines—to ship practical AI capabilities.
