What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a challenging leadership position with a growing company where I can apply creative problem solving and lean management skills to use resources effectively and maximize profits.

At Concentrix daksh services India Pvt Ltd, I progressed from customer care executive to Team Lead operations, focusing on operational efficiency and service quality.

I managed a team of 25+ customer service representatives and worked on performance improvement through targeted coaching and workflow optimization.

I also worked on reducing attrition and gave regular, constructive feedback to help agents meet individual and team targets. My efforts earned me the AABHAR award thrice, as stated in my work experience.

At Conneqt business solutions limited, I supported TataSky customers with package changes and new connections, then assisted Airtel customers by phone, including Airtel gold customers and DTH product guidance.
