I mapped and redesigned S&OP workflows, then led change management for 120+ users; the planning cycle fell from 12 to 7 days and forecast accuracy improved by 9 points. I also built SQL and Alteryx pipelines on Snowflake to bring SAP and Oracle NetSuite data into Tableau and Power BI dashboards for 140+ KPIs.
At Deloitte, I gathered requirements for an SAP S/4HANA order-to-cash implementation integrated with Salesforce, producing BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and user stories. I also supported a Workday rollout for a healthcare provider and wrote SQL validation scripts that helped achieve 99.8% data quality at launch.
