At Sunknowledge Services Inc., I support end-to-end US Healthcare RCM operations for healthcare provider clients. I verify eligibility and benefits, submit claims, and follow up on accounts receivable.
I review EOBs and ERAs to identify denial reasons, resolve denials, and re-file corrected claims. I also coordinate with providers, payers, and clearinghouses to address billing discrepancies and outstanding claims.
Before this role, I managed IT infrastructure and support at The Newtown School, including Sophos firewalls, Windows Server, and Active Directory. I draw on that experience to troubleshoot billing software and payer-portal issues, while maintaining HIPAA and data-confidentiality standards.
