What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead an AI-era engineering org—shipping product fast while building measurable systems (context, automation, assurance) and enabling engineers to run goals in Builder mode with strong hiring and craft.

I’m an engineering leader with ten years building and rebuilding engineering organizations, especially under pressure. At FloBiz (myBillBook), I’ve led major engineering org shifts across two layoffs, keeping the org healthy at ~30–35 today.

I ship meaningful product outcomes: offline-first sync, themes, payments, the company’s first GenAI service, OCR, and AI reconciliation. I’ve also grown engineering velocity ~2.5x by adopting AI tooling, redesigning process, and introducing CWT (Complexity-Weighted Throughput) where an LLM scores each merged PR on a unified 1–10 scale.

Right now, I’m transitioning the org to “Builder mode” where engineers run research, GTM, and monetisation around goals (like discoverability). I expanded our internal GenAI platform (Flask, OpenRouter, Langfuse), shipped internal workflows and developer-productivity tooling (including a GitHub+Jira Slack bot), and lead AOPs for Context Fabric, Lifecycle Automation, and Continuous Assurance to make AI-era engineering measurable and repeatable.
