I'm building ArgentNorth, collateral intelligence software for property-backed lending, focused on document understanding, verification evidence, valuation inputs and workflow support.

I design the document pipeline from source preservation and OCR through interpretation, property understanding, provenance and search readiness. I translate banking workflow problems into product requirements, system architecture and MVPs that can be tested with users.

Over 6+ years, I've built and shipped web applications, APIs, automation tools and AI-assisted workflows, and built and sold 10+ digital products including SaaS tools, templates and automation scripts. I also built Schedora for appointment management and workflow coordination, and Top 1% Club to explore deliberate practice, attention and repeatable routines.

I work hands-on from problem definition and system design through implementation, testing and iteration. I'm drawn to problems where software meets economics, psychology, philosophy, institutions and incentives.
